We reached out to seek help for selling our home in Chennai. Slow to respond to emails. When they visited our property, did not even look at first and second floors. She promised to keep us updated about the search and never got any response after that. Either they weren't interested in working on our property or they did not promote it well. In any case, I would have expected some follow ups. I am surprised with my experience despite some good ratings here.
