My impressions on Chennai Dream Homes in few words based on my experience: Highly Professional. Team of Rera Certified Consultants. Deep understanding of current market. Thorough understanding of clients and their requirements. Generating only opt leeds suitable to clients. End to end man holding of clients in modurating between various parties involved, including Goverment organisations. Very friendly, pleasant and heartful hospitality to clients. My Journey with Chennai dream homes: I am an IT professional in my upper middle age and I thought it is right time for me to reorganise some of my properties, so that it can stay relevant for future. Basically, sell old and high value property and buy new and less value property that is relevant for my age and life style. As I was new to buying and selling properties, I started exploring various channels, all types of agents, including online and apps. Understood most of them merely generated leeds and did not consider in complete all the aspects that are involved in the sale of my property. And in this exploration, I had landed with Chennai Deam Homes. I was approached by Neeta and Saravan. I found their approach to be suiting my way of selling a property. We had initial 2 sitting in which the Dream homes team evaluated the property and completly understood my requirements. In couple of weeks, I was presented with 2 buyers who can appreciate my property for what it is really worth. In my next sitting with Chennai Dream homes team, I was able to finalise on a buyer and we started further negotiations with the buyer. The team was with me in modurating the negotiation and in finalising the deal. It didn't stop there, the team helped both of us, me and my buyer, in clearing all the paperworks needed, in complete. Above all, all of these happened in a smooth and professional way. Both Neeta and Saravanan made me learn all the aspects involved in the process of selling and buying. I am in consideration of renewing my investment in another property and I approached them again to work on it. I called them after a while and the first thing I heard was "How are you and your family? Are you in touch with your buyer? How is your buyer and their family using the property?" Connecting the right people and wishing they relate to each other in a good way is rarity these days. This is one place that can happen, on and above all the official and professional good work that is getting done.

Neetaji helped us in finding a perfect apartment for our stay in Chennai. She took care of our requirements and expectations and accordingly showed us some good options. It is a good experience in dealing with CDH, mainly because of their commitment. & time consciousness. Further this is one of the realtors giving feed back & updates of the clients & their visit. Last but not the least is CDH works as real consultant to buyers & sellers. Although my property hasn't been sold yet, I feel very confident that CDH will get me a good buyer.
