* Important Notes:
- Buyer Commission payable will become 2% of Final Sale Price if property is located 25 km beyond Chennai city.
- Buyer Commission payable will become 3% if property is located 50 km beyond Chennai city, or in hillstations in Tamilnadu.
- Seller Commission payable will become 3% of Final Sale price if property is located 25 km beyond Chennai city.
- Seller Commission payable will become 4-5% if property is located 50 km beyond Chennai city, or in hillstations in Tamilnadu.
- Rental Commission payable is 1 month’s Rent from both Tenant & Landlord for a standard 11 month rent contract. If tenancy exceeds 3 years and above, or for long lease, 2 month’s rent will be taken as service charges. No brokers will be entertained.
- For Joint Venture (J.V) property transactions, 2% of the Constructed value/Land value (whichever is higher at market rates) + GST is payable, from both Land Owner and builder.
- The commission fees needs to be paid when invoice is raised by Chennai Dream Homes® when:
- the transaction is finalized (if the property is still under construction and not ready to occupy)
- or, on Registration day (if it is a ready to occupy property)
- GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 18% on Brokerage/Commission amount is applicable.
- No brokers will be entertained please.
