I have been on the lookout for a luxury villa for sale in Chennai, in ECR for quite sometime. My preference was a CMDA approved project but not too expensive, somewhere in the Neelankarai to Injambakkam vicinity. Although I checked a few projects, none of them fit my preference. In March 2012, she introduced me to one such project that was to be launched shortly. I immediately liked this project as it was in a really good location, approved by CMDA and within my budget. She also helped me book a villa at pre-launch price and helped me through the process. I am glad I have booked a villa in this project.
