When I came to Chennai to look for a beach side villa for sale in Chennai around ECR-Neelangarai area, I happened to meet Neeta and Saravanan through Website reference.

They are really down to earth people,
clearly understood my requirements and
helped me to find my dream property in Chennai within couple of days time.

Being a real estate agent in Chennai they didn’t stop their real estate service only for sale-deal; beside that they helped me for even post registration works, document handover etc.

I was in Sydney, Australia during my entire settlement and registration time due to my personal commitment but everything went on well in Chennai during my property registration time with their wonderful efforts.

If Neeta and Saravanan were not there this wouldn’t be possible and would have cost me few lakhs more in travel expense alone. Anyway I wish them all the best in their business and I’m sure I’ll introduce many of my NRI investors to them in near future!!
