Chennai Dream Homes® are a very professional real estate agency in Chennai with good selection of places. More importantly, they spend time with the client to show variety of options. We ended up taking another place – yet, if ever a need arises, we trust to contact Neeta again!

We reached out to seek help for selling our home in Chennai. Slow to respond to emails. When they visited our property, did not even look at first and second floors. She promised to keep us updated about the search and never got any response after that. Either they weren't interested in working on our property or they did not promote it well. In any case, I would have expected some follow ups. I am surprised with my experience despite some good ratings here.

Neeta Chennai dream homes and her team are a different type of real estate people in Chennai. They are frank friendly and open. They understand the needs of the customer and advise.They don't push you to buy the property. Or to say that they're not behind the commission from the customer at any cost. In one word they are honest in their approach and dealings.I purchased a villa though them and I am satisfied. Best wishes to them.
