When we first met Neeta and Saravanan, we were considering various real estate options, ranging from buying flats for sale in Chennai to investing in residential plots in Chennai. They showed us several beach-front properties like beach houses in ECR and gated communities. But the “it” factor that we were seeking seemed elusive.

Somehow, they figured out exactly what we wanted, and showed us a beautiful vacation home a few miles off Mahabs, ECR. We fell in love with it at first sight, and today, we are the proud owners of the lake-front property, thanks to Neeta and Saravanan who ensured the swift and efficient completion of all formalities.
