I am very happy with Neeta and Saravanan. They are very sharp, knowledgeable and very efficient. They are very nice people and I am very happy with them and their work. They did what others couldn’t do and within a short span of time. Very genuine and honest people.

Nita and Saravanan were amazing from day 1. Nita took a personalized approach to ensure that my requirements for a house were accurately captured which resulted in very specific house recommendations. Then Saravanan spent a lot of time showing around the selected properties. Finally, when the property was chosen, the patience and guidance provided by Nita has been top notch. In fact, registration of the property happened 9 months after initial selection, but Nita was still continuously engaged with me to ensure that I have all the support I need to get this going. Kudos to the team of Chennai Dream homes and I highly recommend them to select your choicest home.

We reached out to seek help for selling our home in Chennai. Slow to respond to emails. When they visited our property, did not even look at first and second floors. She promised to keep us updated about the search and never got any response after that. Either they weren't interested in working on our property or they did not promote it well. In any case, I would have expected some follow ups. I am surprised with my experience despite some good ratings here.

Very professional service by Ms Neeta ! She played the role of a fair mediator keeping both the tenant's and landlord's interest in mind. Will definitely use her services on the next occasion.
