I would like to take this opportunity to offer a formal appreciation to Ms. Neeta and her associate, Mr. Saravanan of Chennai Dream Homes for the guidance and assistance that was extended to myself and my parents when purchasing my first apartment. They are both experienced and well-versed with real estate in Chennai and I was grateful for having met them when I had decided to buy property on East Coast Road. They were very helpful in providing detailed information of several properties that were available for sale and pointed me in the right direction to help make my decision; a fantastic three bedroom apartment on the 10th floor on ECR, with beautiful views of the Bay of Bengal sea and walking distance from the beach. It most certainly is a ‘Chennai Dream Home’.
Once I had arrived at a decision of purchasing this stunning apartment, they made arrangements to meet with the owners/builders in addition to arranging for a bank personnel to discuss the financial aspects of the purchase. After much negotiation, the deal was sealed and from then on, the team did their very best to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Although purchasing a property in India is no easy task, the whole team contributed in ensuring that every aspect of the purchase was fulfilled. As an NRI, it was rather difficult travelling back and forth to complete the banking and registration formalities, but the team assisted in every way possible to ensure everything was completed in time.
Thank you Neeta and Saravanan, for helping me purchase my dream home and for making me feel like part of the family. This investment would not have been possible, if it hadn’t been for your encouragement and continuous guidance.
