Other advertising mediums will also be used if necessary to get the best exposure for your property.

Step 2 : Showcase your Property to Interested Buyers

We will develop a customized marketing strategy for your property for maximum exposure that will include a combination of online listing on property websites, our network of contacts, existing database of buyers who are actively looking to buy.

Prospective buyers who are qualified and motivated to buy, are notified of your property and can then view it by arranging a prior appointment with us. We coordinate all Site Visits on your behalf.

Step 3 : Sell your Property and Close the Deal.



We arrange one on one meetings with the serious buyers and work with you and them to evaluate the received offers and negotiate a win win deal for both parties on the basis of price and other conditions.
